Gnu Revenge Review

In Bulkypix's Gnu Revenge, all of the gnus have been captured by a crocodiles. However, not quite all of the gnus have been taken away; a sole gnu remains as their last hope... and he has a jetpack, to boot! And so it falls to him to rescue his kind by blasting off into outer space and smashing some space crocodiles. your goal is to fly into the three bubble-trapped gnus (who represent the traditional stars of these types of games) spread throughout each stage and finish by smashing into the croc's saucer, sending him flying off into another region of space. Other than an"abort/retry" button, there is only one button you need to use in this game, and it controls the burst from the gnu's jetpack.

Angel Fight HD is a 2d fighting game offering fantasy style graphics and cute looking characters. The game offers three gameplay modes including story mode, versus mode and an online versus mode. However online versus mode is not available at the time for some reason. In the beginning you will get 6 characters to play with each having different skills. Controls here are different from casual fighting game. Angel Fight HD offers swipe controls. Single tap the ground can move the characters and double tap for dodging. swipe to different directions can release different skills and when your exciting gauge is full, yelling at your device "Bang!" will release a SUPER.

iFighter 2 The Pacific 1942 Review

iFighter 2 The Pacific 1942 puts you in the role of an American Fighter Pilot, fighting against japan in 6 gorgeous but full of action packed levels. The graphics for iFighter 2 The Pacific 1942 are great. When I took the time to look at the backgrounds, I was amazed by how beautiful they are. The game offers seven aircraft including F4F Wildcat and P-51 Mustang but all are locked and can be purchased via coins (Premium Currency). Destroying enemies drop star coins which can be spent to buy such extras or upgrades as big bombs, super bullets, fuel refills, temporary invincibility and better aircraft to help turn the tide of battle. Those powerups also randomly float around in dogfights, ready to be picked up and used.

Violet Storm Review

Violet Storm is a dual stick shooter developed by Sad Cat Software. In Violet Storm, The player is tasked with shooting everything in sight, getting upgraded weaponry, trying to last as long as possible. Violet Storm is very bright and colorful, with an appropriate purple color theme full of glowing graphics. Graphically Violet Storm is a blast but once you get past the visuals, Violet Storm falters somewhat. The gameplay does not have enough variety and The music becomes repetitive rather quickly and ends up detracting. The game actually comes with several modes: a campaign mode where the player tries to stay alive as long as possible (with a fairly meaty health bar), a speed mode where 500 enemies must be killed as quickly as possible,

AstroWings2 - space odyssey Review

AstroWings2 – space odysey is another game in the well tread genre of Shoot'Em Up where players move aircraft shooting infinite number of bullets and destroying anything that stands in it's way while collecting power ups. AstroWings2 – space odysey features stunning graphics and splendid effects. Right from the get-go players are able to choose from three different classes of ship in AstroWings2. It’s the obvious choices (offense, defense and balanced), but it’s nice to be able to pick one that suits my play style. There’s a small pool of credits to start out with that can be used to upgrade the ship’s health or a weapon or two, then it’s off the battle. Battle being pretty much what one would expect from an iOS shmup,

Hunters 2 Review

Hunters 2 from Rodeo Games, offers the same glorious top-down, turn-based strategic combat with upgradable and customizable mercenaries as are the daily missions and hourly store content updates but with more features. In Hunters 2 you play a mercenary team in the far future, where corporations own and run everything, even planets, and you take whatever job comes your way-- as long as the price is right. The missions have variety, like protecting a group of scientists, searching for lost artifacts, or simply killing everything in your path. You’ll find yourself fighting against competing mercenaries and sometimes even a planet’s indigenous lifeforms. Unlike the first game, Hunters 2 has a story mode, but unfortunately it is very short.

Angry Birds Space Review

Angry Birds Space is a new sequel to hugely popular Angry Birds. The basics of Angry Birds remain unchanged in Space. You smash cute green pigs that have neatly placed themselves atop, or in, precarious-looking towers made of wood, steel, and ice. To do so, you're armed with birds, which you fire out of a slingshot by dragging your finger over the screen to pull it back in an effort to knock over the towers and crush the pigs within. It sounds simple, but there's a surprising amount of depth to the action. Different materials smash at different rates, so while wood is easily smashed with a single bird, steel requires several hits before you can smash through it.
